We have a job opening in our wholesale/retail office for a Full time customer service/office admin position.



Qualifications:

· Fluent in English language

· Strong knowledge of excel, Photoshop & website maintenance

· Minimum 3 years experience in office work

· Good communicator

· Prompt, on time and detail oriented

· Multi task

. Fast learner (is a must)

. College degree



Major job description

· Customer service

· Data entry

· Shipping & receiving merchandise

· Support the sales staff in wholesale and retail

· keeping track of the samples

· Maintain and update our websites

· Answering the phone

· Placing fabric and supply orders
