We’re a nontraditional, San Francisco health and lifestyle advertising agency that likes to color outside the lines and loves a big, Cannes Lion of an idea. Print, television and interactive are our media, creating campaigns that run the gamut from consumer-focused image and direct response work to professionally-focused efforts. As our company launches several exciting new brands, our team—comprised of talented art directors, designers (both print and Web), and copywriters—is seeking leadership, vision and a sense of humor at both the Creative Director and Associate Creative Director level.



The ideal candidates will draw on a strong understanding of competitive health and medical products to offer long-term brand direction, exhibiting grace under pressure as well as passion for patient-focused healthcare communications and (above all) a sense of humor.



Duties:

* Innovate on existing, established accounts.

* Grow brands across a vast range of mediums (including but not limited to interactive, print, television, video, and trade show).

* Pursue new, health and lifestyle-oriented business opportunities.

* Elevate the creative end product via strategic and fearless thinking.

* Collaborate with and inspire senior creative staff; mentor junior staff.



Qualifications:

* Fifteen years professional experience, including a minimum of four years as a senior in at least two of the following areas: multimedia, advertising, interactive advertising, Internet design, marketing, publishing, broadcast, film or television.

* Experience successfully directing/ managing multidisciplinary creative teams in the production of Internet and multimedia products, and working among multi-disciplinary teams of producers, artists, designers, writers, and engineers.

* Ability to oversee synchronous offline and online creative teams.

* Strong conceptual vision for multimedia, and the ability to execute high- quality, integrated interactive communications against strategic business objectives.

* Successful experiences working with and selling to clients.

* Strong time-management and creative-resource management capabilities

* Proactive, anticipatory, process-oriented and willing to contribute conceptually as the situation dictates.

* Experience in healthcare marketing a plus.
