Job Description:

A mid-level Graphic Designer with excellent multi-tasking abilities who can interface with product managers in a fast-paced corporate environment and can conceptualize, design, and coordinate the production of marketing communications material.



Candidate must have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with online and offline creative projects and be proficient in all aspects of traditional printing and production including file management, proofing, press checks, etc.



Candidate must be a team player, extremely detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to (other duties may be assigned):

- Conceptualize and design marketing collateral that maintains and reinforces the ArthroCare brand

- Ensure all collateral represents and adheres to company and creative standards

- Ability to work within template design and outside creative standards

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from layout to completion, including press checks

- Liason with external vendors, including print shops, illustrators, photographers, and copywriters



Qualifications:

- 5+ plus years of solid experience in graphic design for print, and web mediums including production skills and printing

- Proficiency in Creative Suite 2 or higher, and Quark

- Working knowledge of Flash and Dreamweaver

- Proficiency in Macintosh platform and knowledge of Windows platform

- Self-starter, with strong problem solving skills who can meet strict deadlines

- Attention to detail is a must

- Team player with exceptional communication and organizational skills

- Web design experience a plus

- Healthcare industry experience a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design required

- Portfolio required
