HI- so our landlord has decided he wants to move back into this flat- so we have to be out Nov 1.



I am looking for a room to rent, preferably somewhere in the Mission or near about.



I am mature, responsible, employed full time at a M-F gig- I do not party excessively and do not bring the party home. I drink an occasional glass of wine and do NO DRUGS. I am actually really chill and easy to get along with. I am not vegitarian, but would respect if you are and would agree to not cook meat in the home. ( I work at an organic veggie company, could contribute to yummy food ever so often :)



I am pretty quiet for the most part. I pay my rent on time. I am also pretty clean, not super anal, but I clean up after myself. I am not concerned too much about your age- as long as you are responsible.



I dont have animals but dont mind if you do, as long as you dont mind me closing my door to keep the animal hair out :)



Cant afford a whole lot- maybe $500-$700 range, depending on location and size of the room. I am obviously queer friendly, dyke friendly kink friendly, and trans friendly. I am respectful of others space and privacy as well as their belongings. I dont have much in the way of furniture so dont need a huge space, but i do like huge rooms :)



would love to share space with interesting folks who are into having a home.
