Patient Record System manages various Microsoft documents and Info Path forms related to a patient for a physician office. This system is a client/server based system with MySQL backend. The system will not require a keyboard for any data entry. All values and operations will be controlled with a mouse. The system will operate on tablet computers or touch screen devices to reduce the complexity of operating the system. Any text input will utilize the keyboard component or number pad component.



Roles & Responsibilities:

Involved with System Study, Analysis and Project Planning Team.

Part of Database Designing Team and Application Programming.

Created Keyboard Custom Control which enables keys based upon a dataset.

Created Numpad ActiveX control to include in Info Path forms.

Able to load Info path forms and populate textbox fields with default values ie. Today’s date and logged-in uses name.
