Position Summary
The Art Director collaborates directly with writers and directs designers in executing and ideating concepts. The Art Director is responsible for aligning creative concepts with strategy, technical specifications, production planning, execution and quality assurance. The Art Director is responsible for the overall aesthetic of the work. They will take strategic direction form the Creative Director and help make their vision a reality.
Teaming with departmental peers and copywriters the Art Director works to ensure that the cross-creative collaboration process evolves into well developed concepts that meet client objectives. Working with non-departmental peers, the Art Director collaborates on a strategic and conceptual level to grow the business across all accounts. The Art Director mentors and advises other designers.
