Moving into the city at the beginning of October. Am looking for a clean, safe space for myself and my dog. She doesn't bark often and is not destructive. Will need some quiet for studying and prefer laundry on site as well as a full kitchen. Preference would be in the Castro Area, Noe Valley or anywhere near Duboce Park.
