Grad student (distance education) with income from financial aid/savings will look for work after finding wonderful new residence that is clean, quiet, drug and pest free, etc. I'm male, 35, single (unfortunately), straight, mature and quite creative (fortunately). Don't drink much, don't party anymore (except in my head), allergic to dogs (sorry fido). A decent-sized room (preferably with own bath) and use of kitchen is all I need. Anywhere from Ukiah to Petaluma and perhaps further south, but close-in (no car). Apartments also considered.
