About the Opportunity


The product manager is responsible for guiding products through all phases of the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include working with multiple sources to understand business needs and translate those needs into clear, actionable requirements; working with remote development teams during the build and test of the design; and communicating the completed design throughout the organization. A technical understanding of enterprise applications and client server applications is a must, as well as excellent communication skills. The product manager position reports to a senior product manager.





Responsibilities:


• Monitor projects throughout the entire software project lifecycle.


• Follow product development processes and implement new processes as needed.


• Work closely with development teams.


• Execute and deliver multiple projects concurrently.


• Collaborate with team members to develop creative ideas and solutions.


• Work effectively with senior product manager in design and definition of products.





Requirements:


• 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager or a Software Developer with some project management experience.


• BS/BA degree. Computer Science or Engineering degrees a plus.


• Strong technical background with working knowledge of .NET, SQL, HTML, XML, JavaScript, web server technology.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills.


• Strong trouble-shooting skills with both technical and non technical issues.


• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
