Immediate opening for a full-time experienced Medical Assistant position available for Greenbrae orthopaedic practice. Candidate to possess minimum 1-2 years experience working in a medical doctor's office. The right candidate must possess the ability to do multiple tasks at once, while remaining calm, organized and friendly.



Must have excellent communication skills, strong phone skills and voice, computer knowledge, insurance knowledge, be dependable and a team player.



Position to include helping patients to prepare for examination and other office procedures, taking medical histories, assisting doctor, setting up injection trays, removing staples, sutures and casts, applying splints, braces and etc., answering phones, scheduling appointments, getting insurance authorizations and correspondence.
