University Ave. office space is expensive, and is best suited for professionals like attorneys, VCs, and others desiring prestige space, but our suites are a great value. They are less expensive than other executive suites on the lesser-known side streets.
If you are looking for cheap space, this isn't for you. If you are looking at high end professional space for a reasonable cost, you won't find a better value in downtown Palo Alto.
