Job Description:

The core objective of the role will be to develop compelling online motion graphic elements for websites, video, TV Broadcast, presentations and banners to create a fully immersive user experience.



Outstanding creativity and a flair for delivering broadcast quality animation are required, combined with a solid understanding of how to best use motion graphics for the web.



Candidate Requirements

Skills required

Ability to:

• Generate fresh and exciting visual concepts;

• Create storyboards that communicate how interactivity and animation will work;

• Deliver professional quality motion graphics

• Demonstrate a good understanding of design and design-related applications;

• Explain overall rationale clearly and concisely;


Soft skills

• Must be a good written and oral communicator.



Experience

• Agency, studio and / or broadcast motion graphics experience – 2-5 years

• An impressive online portfolio of work, including a range of clients and styles

• Experience working with film and video and art directing a shoot

• Clear understanding of all motion graphics and broadcast requirements, as well as ability to translate files between a variety of media

• A good, working knowledge of Flash design and programming

• Ability to use a 3D package (such as Cinema 4D, Max or Maya)

• Working knowledge of FinalCut Pro
