The Northern California Center for Well-Being is looking for a dynamic, bi-lingual (Spanish/English), receptionist who is self-motivated with attention to detail. MS Office experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as receptionist for participants, vendors, and other visitors to
the Center. Receives and screens visitors, answers the telephone,
maintains call tracking system, refers calls or takes messages,
communicates customer's needs, and provides factual information and
customer service in defined areas, regarding Center activities
and functions.
2. Patient follow-up calls and correspondece with referring physician.
3. Data entry for diabetes program outcomes. Data entry and data analysis
as requested by Executive Director.
4. Manage appointments and class registration.
5. Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports as assigned.
6. Perform community outreach through health fairs and community events
when needed.
7. Processing data and closing out completed health education classes.
8. Maintain a clean and tidy waiting area- restock brochures and flyers.
9. Other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time, benefited position Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
