California Closets is in need of a full-time Administrative Assistant. This is an entry-level position. Our primary business is the design and installation of custom storage solutions for homeowners.
Our company operates with a strong sense of values, belief in individuals, unrivaled customer care and an overwhelming sense of cooperation. The strongest advantage we have is our people, so we tend to be a little selective when it comes to inviting someone to join our team. We are more interested in a person's attitude and belief system than we are about their current skill levels.... we believe you can train a skill, but you can't change an attitude.
Job Requirements:
* Great attitude!
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel
* Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
* Willing to learn new skills
* Team player in a small office environment
* Good work ethic
* Reliable transportation and the ability to work in Marin County
* Proactive, resourceful and flexible
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls & greet visitors in a courteous & professional manner
* General office support: filing, faxing, shredding, data entry, shipping, etc.
* Maintain an organized and methodical filing system for A/P & customer files
* Accounts receivable collections
* Process customer payments
* Order and maintain office supplies
* Completion of additional projects as assigned
This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefit package. Pay will start at $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience.
