Legal Secretary/Paralegal who Wants to be Appreciated to Manage Civil Litigation Department




North Bay Litigation firm seeks an experienced and qualified Legal Secretary/Paralegal to work in and manage its consumer civil litigation department. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.




I am the managing partner of a small North Bay Firm located in San Rafael, CA. Our firm represents lenders and creditors. I am looking for an individual who takes pride in his or her work, who loves to organize, who works well with co-workers and who wants to assist a small dedicated staff in providing excellent service to our clients.




I am hopeful that you are an individual that works well with people so that you can learn what we do, why we do it well, and develop ways to keep up quality control and client satisfaction as our firm grows. Other qualities that would make you a successful applicant are that you are willing to work hard, that you are detail oriented and that you have legal litigation experience. Collection litigation experience would also be helpful.




Any candidate should have the following experience or its equivalent and qualifications:




2-3 years civil litigation experience. References evidencing that you are detail oriented, well organized and have the capacity to manage people well, and that you have experience demonstrating competency as a legal secretary or paralegal in a litigation firm.
