Family of two individuals is looking for a part-time housekeeper to live in full-time in their Corte Madera home. Duties include general housekeeping, laundry, changing linens, vaccuuming, dusting, kitchen clean-up. We have one pet, an elderly cat. No personal care services. Live-in accommodation is a studio apartment with kitchenette, private bathroom and private entrance located on the first floor of the home.



We are looking to exchange 16 hours of housekeeping per week for full-time live-in free of rent and other charges such as utilities, water, cable tv etc. The work hours are very flexible and can be arranged around another part-time or full-time job.



Requirements:



At least 3 years of general housekeeping experience

At least 1 year in-home experience.

Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

English-speaking necessary

Reliable

High cleanliness standards

Ability to legally work in the United States

Current references.
