Sales Support Coordinator
ServiceSource is a well-established, profitable outsourced sales company with a broad range of highly visible Fortune 500 clients. We are experiencing significant growth in our operations and are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our client teams as Sales Support Coordinators. Our Sales Support Coordinators are key members of our organization, providing research, analysis and administrative support to assist in our sales process.
The successful candidate will be professional, self-motivated and have the energy and desire to help fuel the growth of this exciting company. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain sales experience with a dynamic organization that has experienced tremendous growth in the past that is forecast to continue into the future.
Responsibilities:
„« Generating sales quotations for customers, using dedicated sales database systems.
„« Ensure the integrity of client information maintained in the database systems.
„« Generating reports for internal use by mining information from various computer packages.
„« Updating and managing Excel spreadsheets.
„« Filing.
„« Dealing with external and internal queries in a professional, client orientated manner.
„« Checking the data integrity of purchase orders and invoices.
„« Working with team members and reporting lines to further enhance existing processes to ensure maximum automation and efficiency.
„« Overseeing general office activities.
Qualifications:
„« College Education
„« 2yrs+ Administration experience preferably in sales.
„« Candidate must have experience in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel) and email Databases. Experience with CRM systems is not required but would be a distinct advantage.

„« Excellent organizational skills.
„« Detail orientated with strong follow-through skills.
„« Ability to multi-task, prioritize work with minimal supervision.
„« Possess highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
„« Handle confidential information with complete integrity.
