Part time, permanent receptionist for Albany/North Berkeley chiropractic clinic:




We are looking for a candidate who will be committed to a long-term part-time position. This person will be the first contact for all incoming calls and must be pleasant. Again, this is a part-time position only and will not turn into a full time position. Possible candidates looking for full time need not respond.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is intelligent, friendly and efficient. Excellent communication skills and ability to seamlessly multi-task are a must to be part of our staff.








Hours: Mon, Weds and Fri. 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm











Requirements:





* 1+ years of customer service





* Self motivated and organized





* Able to manage a busy front desk and 3-phone line system with friendly efficiency





* Professional phone manner and excellent customer service skills





* Strong attention to detail a must





* Computer skills necessary (will train on medical office software)





* Professional appearance and ability to keep office neat and orderly





* Some knowledge of chiropractic a plus





* Understands the importance and value of natural healthcare modalities











Job Description:





* Oversee all aspects of front office operations





* Liaison for patients, public, other practitioners (massage therapists)and the doctor
