About the Position:
Edgewood is looking for an Administrative Manager who will manage program administration in Intensive Services, supervisw a team of administrative assistants and ensure that the administrative needs of the program are satisfied. This position will provide administrative support to the Intensive Service Regional Director, Director of Programs and Strategies and Medical Director. Duties include overseeing all administrative tasks including meeting preparation, office supply ordering, mail distribution, check request processing, copying, and faxing; working with program management to ensure that chart maintenance, data entry and related revenue generating functions are meeting agency and other mandates; and working with Executive Manager to ensure backup coverage of the reception desk.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience. Excellent organizational and problem solving skills are required along with proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
