JOB SUMMARY:

The Training Coordinator acts as an administrator for the Learning

Managmment System. Maintains records of training activities and employee

progress. May assist training specialists in organizing and conducting

training and educational programs.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates training schedules, manages attendance and performance records

and generates reports on request.

• Drafts communication articles and facilitates publication with the MarCom

department.

• Maintains Learning and Performance master schedule of projects under

development.

• Processes evaluations from clients and trainers.

• Facilitates printing and delivery of training materials.

• Prints, collates and mails training materials.

• Receives, sorts and delivers mail including UPS shipments.

• Orders office supplies.

• Performs a variety of other duties including project management related

work as assigned.



REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.



Experience:

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Word

• Familiarity with online learning applications such as Captivate, Sum Total and Flash

• Experience with Lotus Notes as well as Excel

• Experience with training curricula and materials desired



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent telephone skills

• Prefer someone with experience in adult learning

• Prefer experience with or interest in project management

• Strong writing skills essential

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time

experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the

position.
