About this Opportunity: We are looking for a dynamic and technically savvy Sales Recruiting Executive, to work for a growing software consulting company. We offer a fun, professional work environment that fosters creativity. Should have the maturity and communication skills to interface with clients and senior candidates, as well. Additionally, should be organized and able to effectively multi-task, while handling sales and recruiting time pressures. Reporting to the senior executives, the successful candidates will have a highly visible and impacting role in growing TechOne's consulting practice.



The Executive will carry a monthly and yearly revenue quota, would develop prospect list and initiate contact; create value proposition for the account; develop relationship and close sales; manage account and client relationships and should have a demonstrated ability to handle key and sensitive client situations.



Finally, winning applicants will be positive, confident, results-driven, self-managing individuals who can quickly build and maintain relationships to sell our services and expand the sales department, IT consulting services, to SMBs and enterprises.



Sales Responsibilities (60%)

* Sales to client's engineering and IT groups

* Making outbound sales calls, conducting market research, networking, presenting to clients, getting and fulfilling sales orders.

* Consultant management: build relationships, reporting.



Recruitment Responsibilities (40%):

* Working with resume databases and job boards like Monster, HotJobs, DICE etc.

* Be able to work under pressure, tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks

* Full life-cycle technical recruiting: source, screen, interview candidates and resume management



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

* Sales and account management to enterprises, especially in the last 3 years

* Ideal candidate will be an accomplished sales professional with significant experience

*Recruiting experience in Software Consulting and IT industry

* IT domain experience and buzzword familiarity

* Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

* Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Email, Web)



Supervisor: VP, Business Development

Schedule: M-F / 40 hrs per wk. You may set your own hours within these parameters

Rate: Base pay between $50k - $65K per year plus commission dependant upon performance of both sales and recruitment.

Location: 630 Alder Drive, Milpitas, CA with some flexibility to telecommute from a local, home-based office after you start to consistently deliver results (expect couple of quarters in the position).
