A-V rated litigation law firm specializing in insurance defense seeks for a reliable, conscientious, self-motivated and organized office manager/billing coordinator/human resources to join its San Francisco office. This position involves managing day-to-day affairs for a small law office.




Responsibilities and Duties will include:




* Maintaining computer system and equipment


* Interacting with vendors and clients


* Processing invoices and other payables


* Hiring and supervising administrative support staff


* Controlling costs


* Serving as liaison with building management regarding facilities issues




In addition to the above listed responsibilities, the candidate will be responsible for general accounting, financial statements, accounts receivable, billing (including e-billing), supervision of accounts payable and employee benefits.




Position requires someone with strong accounting background with extensive administrative and personnel experience. At least 4 years experience in general accounting. Must have a minimum 3 years performing traditional billing as well as e-billing. Prior law firm experience is essential. Must be familiar with California & Federal Labor & Employment Law and personnel functions.
