I have a great home in Berkeley and am looking to move to Marin county- hopefully someplace around San Rafael or within 5-10 miles of the Richmond bridge so I can still commute to the east bay when I need to. I am also interested in the Rockridge section of Oakland.





I would like a 3br home in a quiet neighborhood with good public schools near by. We can move anytime this summer but would like to be moved in before the 07-08 school year starts. If your house is a lot bigger and could get more rent we can talk about us paying something more, but would prefer a straight swap. Looking for at least a year but hopefully more.
