We have an exciting position within our Contracting Department. This position provides contract administrative support located at the national offices of CRC Health Group Corporation.
The primary responsibilities include assisting the department with administrative department functions, gathering information for credentialing and re-credentialing of facilities as requested by managed care firms and third party vendors.
Additional responsibilities include, completing contract applications as appropriate for each contracting entity, maintaining files for licensing and certification, project management of third party mailings, operational or licensure change notifications; assist with contract compliance by keeping contracting entities informed of program changes and pertinent information that warrants notification and follow up.
Post high school education such as, B.A., Associates degree, and Business School Training or equivalent work experience. Knowledge in the practice of health care is preferred. Ability to compose proof and edit non-routine correspondence, table forms and reports for structure, accuracy and readability. Must be analytical and posses the ability to draft correspondence, perform basic arithmetic calculations and maintain record keeping and filing systems.
Must have knowledge of operations word processing and be literate in other PC programs, i.e., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Sales Logix or other graphics and database programs. Excellent customer service and phone skills. Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to details. Knowledge in the practice of healthcare billing, insurance industry and/or chemical dependency field is preferred.
