Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers, answer phones, take orders as requested
  
• Assist customers in an enthusiastic, courteous manner, providing outstanding customer service
  
• Interact with customers, utilizing various selling techniques such as suggestive selling, add-on selling, and closing skills to increase sales
  
• Develop and maintain knowledge of merchandise to effectively assist customers with accurate information; keeps current as new product lines are introduced
  
• Accurately complete sales using POS system according to established procedures
  
• Stock and clean selling area for best appearance and ease of use for the customer
  
• Process outbound shipments including logging, packing, and shipping, labeling product based on established standards
  
• Multiple jobs available – part time, full time, and week end hours
  

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Retail Sales experience required
  
• Warehouse experience a plus
  
• Excellent customer service skills
  
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  
• Professional appearance and demeanor accompanied by the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
  
• Ability to work independently as well as an effective team member
  

Compensation:       $10.00 per hour
