Administrative Assistant (san jose west)

The International Association of Nanotechnology has recently opened a corporate office in San Jose. We have an opening for an experienced administrative assistant to provide support to senior executives.





Duties include, but are not limited to:





• Providing confidential administrative support to the Executive Director


• Writing and editing business correspondence and corporate procedures


• Developing and leveraging relationships with key business and community leaders


• Scheduling meetings, conferences and events with corporate partners


• Exercising a high level of business judgment in handling corporate matters


• Acting on behalf of the executive director with issues as delegated





Qualifications and Experience:





• 3 - 5 years of experiences as an administrative assistant to an executive director


• A Bachelor’s Degree


• Excellent communication skills


• Well organized and detail oriented


• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure


• Ability to anticipate needs and pro-actively address them


• Team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills


• Time management skills


• Advanced level of Microsoft Office skills: Word, Powerpoint, Excel
