Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound phone calls and emails
- Initiate cold calls to supplement leads as necessary
- Use a consultative selling style to sell our range of trade show display products and graphics services
- Manage sales from start to finish including working with suppliers to ensure the correct product is available and gets delivered on time.
- Working hours are 7am to 4pm daily. We’re located in Santa Clara, California.
Desired qualifications:
- Excellent phone sales skills with 10+ years of B2B sales experience including phone sales.
- Ideal candidate has experience in the trade show, events, or graphics industry and experience selling to marketing professionals.
- Well organized, persistent, hard working, and enthusiastic. Positive energy is a must.
- Ability to manage up to 40 potential sales at a time.
- Self-motivated but works well in a team environment.
- Must be able to understand Impact Display's product line and value proposition and articulate this in a clear and compelling way to prospects.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), using the Internet, and a CRM system.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds (for occasional product demonstrations)
Comp Notes:
Recoverable draw plus commission. First year goal is $85K+. Second year goal is $100K+
