<u>Job Description</u>

• Outside sales; work from home
  
• Compensation is 40% base, 60% (uncapped) commission, and 5% team bonus
  
• You’ll sell “pay for results advertising”
  
• Initial and on-going training provided
  
• $250 monthly budget to eat at local restaurants
  

• College Degree; business degree preferred
  
• 1-2 years sales experience; ad sales experience is a plus
  
• English as a native language; fluency in a second language helpful
  
• Own personal transportation
  
• Track record of success in business and/or college
